This was a one-night stay prior to my flight back the next day and I wanted to spend a few hours in Trondheim. The location of this hotel, with linked pay-on-exit car parking, was absolutely ideal for that. It's just a 10-15 minute walk from the centre and actually also very close to the Midtbyrunden walking loop, an excellent route for anyone with just a few hours to spare. The hotel itself was exactly what I expected from this chain. Professional staff able to help in good English, extensive and high-quality breakfast choices, a spacious room (albeit with a limited view in my case) with good, comfortable facilities. My room had an excellent TV, shower room and bed. I noticed a gym, although I didn't use it. The hotel would certainly be a good choice for a two- or three- night stay for anyone looking to visit the various city attractions, and a car would not be essential. Links to public transport are close by. After checking out of the room, I left my hire car in the car park until early afternoon so as to gain some more walking time before heading to the airport. That was much more convenient than having to move the car. I would definitely use the hotel again.

Exsellent front office staff, good value for money facilities and a very pleasant property. The location was right at the center of the town and perfectly placed for walks around the town. The breakfast options were also good and tasty. I forget the name of the man at front office but he was ever smiling and obliging to my requests. Very very fast and speedy resolutions to my requests. I asked for a one hour late checkout and he instantaneously did it - not that it's difficult but I know some hotels in other towns who have not obliged even this smallish request. Overall amazing exsellent staff and a great facility

The accommodation is perfectly placed to offer walking distance of all of Trondheim. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which was extremely convenient for the trip to and from the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the shower space was surprisingly functional – no water in the whole bathroom after taking a shower. The breakfast was superb, with many options, I could try something new every morning for the four days spent there. There was complimentary coffee available for the whole day! The architecture of the place is splendid, calming, and spacious.

The breakfast has a good selection including lactose free drinks. The staff had helped me with everything I asked about, including when I burned myself on the steam of the iron I was given fire gel for my finger. Since we were on the top floor we discovered an exercise room and ice machine we had not seen or used before. Each time we stay we have a new nice view of the city. The cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful as well.

Excellent service particularly from a couple of the staff including Luka and another male staff member whose name we didn't catch but he helped us on Thursday 13 March at 8:30am, he was working on the concierge desk. Please ensure both these staff members are given our compliments. Also our compliments to the staff who serviced breakfast, as they were very attentive and friendly.
